We produce compressor and nitrogen generation systems, using our modular, patented technology, to produce compressed air and nitrogen at the quality, pressure and flow rate that meets our customers' production demands.
The aim of all of this? to reduce customers' overhead costs.

Our core product is a modular, multistage, cooled centrifugal air compressor.
It is the most efficient air compressor on the market.
System power ratings range from 20kW to 300kW.
The design includes patented interstage cooling - recovering as much heat as possible from the compression process.
Oil free bearings have been selected to allow the system to be used in oil-free applications throughout industry.
Energy use makes up more than 80% of through life cost of compressor systems. Our customers are currently under extreme cost pressure due to high energy prices.
We reduce the amount of energy used by combining the most efficient heat removal process possible with multistage centrifugal compressors.
For most installations, we achieve a 30% reduction in energy costs.

RCL designed compressors form a critical part of customers' production lines.
We have removed the possibility of issues from transmission, lubricants, surface wear and air seal leaks by removing these components from the design.

Our compressor systems have been designed to efficiently remove heat from the process gas during compression. This avoids the compression of hot gas, which reduces energy input required.
The largest benefits of RCL's system can be found when compared to old compressor installations, in areas which are operating continuously for long periods of time.

On site Nitrogen generation presents a significant opportunity for cost saving to our customers, compared to deliveries of Nitrogen gas & on-site generation using more traditional oil free compressed air systems.
In particular, savings can be made where our customers also require oil free compressed air for their production lines, and where customers have continuous operations.
